Is there a free trial?

We do not currently offer a time-limited free trial. Instead, AMT JOY includes a Free plan so you can explore core features before upgrading.

What is included in Starter vs Premium?

Starter includes full recent-session access, daily TPO charts, volume profiles, and developing value area playback. Premium adds bulk downloads, full structured dataset access, and advanced analysis fields.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes. You can move between plans as your workflow changes. If you need help with plan changes, contact support and we can assist.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you want and your plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe there was a billing issue, contact us as soon as possible and include the email tied to your account.

Do I need to install software?

No. AMT JOY runs entirely in the browser, so there is no local desktop software required.

Is AMT JOY a broker or investment advisor?

No. AMT JOY is a research and analytics platform. We do not provide brokerage services, trading execution, or investment advice.

How can I contact support?
